Terms of Service

Southwind Revenue Recovery is a service that automatically sends SMS responses to missed phone calls on behalf of businesses. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You may only use the service for legitimate business purposes.
• No spam, harassment, abuse, or unsolicited messaging is permitted.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and local equivalents.

• Messages are sent only in response to customer-initiated contact (e.g., a missed inbound call to your business number).
• You are responsible for how you configure message templates, follow-ups, and any content sent through the service.
• You agree to honor opt-out requests (such as STOP replies) promptly.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

The service may change, improve, be temporarily unavailable, or be interrupted at any time. We may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice. We are not liable for any unavailability or interruption of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for lost business, lost revenue, missed messages, delivery failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for misuse, violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, our providers, or the service itself.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
